Claire Crompton

Claire Crompton joined the Ontario Birth Study in August 2021 as a Research Assistant. She graduated from Trent University in 2019 with an HBA in International Development and Canadian Studies. Following her graduation, Claire worked full-time in hospice and palliative care. This experience sparked her interest of working in health care. While working, she completed a post-graduate diploma program in Community and Justice Services at Niagara College. She is very passionate about women’s health and became interested in this position as it provides the opportunity to work in the field of Women and Infants health. This career aligns with her goal of pursuing an MA in Counselling Psychology. Ultimately, Claire sees herself continuing in the health care industry as a professional and hopes to bring more attention to women’s health and wellness.
