Harmoni Watson

Harmoni Watson is a research assistant with the Ontario Birth Study Kids team and a recent graduate of York University’s Specialized Honors in Psychology program. Broadly, her research interests include investigating the effects of racism and discrimination on the well-being of marginalized populations, especially children within these groups. Harmoni hopes to continue to look at these factors and plans to apply to Clinical Psychology programs in the future. She is also a lab manager at the LaMarsh Centre for Child and Youth Research, under the supervision of Dr. Stephanie Craig and Dr. Debra Pepler. In her free time, Harmoni likes to ride her bicycle, to try out new cuisines, and to read books about history.
