Kashtin Bertoni

Kashtin Bertoni graduated in 2022 from University College Cork with a first class honours Master of Public Health, specializing in epidemiology. It followed from his focus on health statistics and data management during his internships and while studying at the University of Waterloo and the Technical University of Munich.

As the OBS Data Specialist, Kashtin is the liaison for researchers who are using or who want to use OBS data and biospecimens. He is responsible for maintaining the OBS website and databases, and supports the Clinical Research Coordinator & Steering Committee with data reports and other administrative tasks. He enjoys the statistical challenges of working with health data and can often be found outside, biking, hiking or kayaking.
